How Do I Place an Order?
Order online at thesweet.spot any time, or call us at [PHONE] Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm ET, and Fridays 9am to 12pm ET. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. Please make sure your billing details match the address on your card so we can reach you about your order if needed.
How Do I Know My Order Went Through?
You will see an order number right after checkout, which confirms your order was placed. When a shipped order leaves us, we email you a tracking number.
My Tracking Number Isn't Working Yet. Why?
It can take about 24 hours after the tracking email for the carrier to activate the number. If it still doesn't work after that, email us at hello@thesweet.spot.
Is Everything Kosher?
Yes, everything we sell is kosher. Packaged candy bearing the [KOSHER CERTIFIER] symbol is certified by [KOSHER CERTIFIER]. Ask us about the specific hechsher on any item.
Can I Order a Platter for an Event?
Yes. Use the inquiry form on our Platters page or email hello@thesweet.spot. Please order at least [PLATTER LEAD TIME] ahead.
Do You Deliver?
We offer pickup in Surfside, local delivery to [DELIVERY AREA], and shipping within the US. See Delivery & Pickup for timing.
Can I Choose the Colors?
Yes. Most platters and trays come in Mixed or a color theme (Pink, Blue, Red, White, Green, Purple or Rainbow), and you choose the candy for every section.
Will My Candy Mix Look Exactly Like the Photo?
Candy in a mix may vary depending on what is available. We always swap in something similar in your color theme.
How Do I Get Coupons and Specials?

What Is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final. If there's a problem with your order, email hello@thesweet.spot with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
We collect sales tax only on orders delivered within our home state (Florida). Orders shipped outside Florida are not charged sales tax.
